We've created this form that details everything you need to submit for the quiz book - you are welcome to submit your information through here or via email, with the details listed on your original email.

 

You can submit the two stages separately, so if you’d like to submit your headshot/bio/info and not the quiz - just leave the quiz section blank. If you’re coming back to submit your quiz, after sending us the other info, you can just enter the quiz info, no need to resubmit your headshot etc. 

 

Please Note: You’ll need to enter your name any time you fill in this form - just so we know who it’s from!

Once you click submit on the form, you should see a thank you message at the bottom of the form - this will confirm it has been sent through to us!

To make it easier, we thought we’d outline the choice of categories, however, if you have an idea for one not listed here, please let us know!

• A show (or selection of shows) you have been part of.

• Performer specific quiz about yourself.

• Your favourite musical(s) or play(s).

• Musical theatre or theatre in general.

• A specific area of performance/theatre.

• A themed round like guess the lyric/quote/character/prop etc.

We'd like each quiz to be 10 questions long. The questions can be to whichever difficulty level you’d like them to be.
